How do I get my products to you?

If you are in the Cumming area you can drop them off to us. If you are further away you can ship your items to us. Please be sure to pack all items securely. If you want your items sent back to you please be sure to include a return shipping label. Once the project is complete we will ship your items back to you.

Do I get my items back?

If no shipping label is sent, return shipping will be billed to your credit card with final payment. We try to reuse your packing materials and original container, but sometimes we need to have items repacked. Also, there might be additional charges for handling large, heavy, or irregular packages.

How can I use the images?

Upon delivery of the photography, they become licensed to your company for use on a royalty-free basis. This means that you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of media including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. However, we do retain all copyrights for our photos and the photographs may not be re-sold or given to any third party without prior written permission and payment.

What if I want more than a white background?

In addition to our low-cost high-quality photography work on white/black background; we also offer customized artistic photography solutions for major advertisements and other specific needs. Our graphics department can also add words and verbage for advertising needs. Please contact us so we may quote your project for your specific needs.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is usually 7-10 working days. This however can fluctuate depending on the quantities you have. If you have only a few items to photograph, we can shorten this time considerably. We can also expedite your order with RUSH charges if needed. Just let us know at the time you place your order.

What are my format choices?

Generally we deliver .jpg files however, we can deliver in almost any format available. It is best if you know what format(s) you are going to need before shooting, but we always shoot in very hi res, for use in magazines etc. then downsize as needed for web applications.

When and How do I get my photos?

When your job is completed, we will provide instructions and a link to preview your images on our secure web gallery. They are uploaded to our server for your approval only. When final payment is made, we will upload the photos to Dropbox for you to download at your convenience, this will be done within the same day or next morning if at end of the day. The photos stay on Dropbox for 30 days. After that you will need to call us so that we can re send them to you. They will be available in our database for 1 year after that the product will have to be reshot.

Our Promise to you

We work very closely with our clients so that we can best determine any problems or special needs prior to shooting. We have had very few reshoots but If we have made a mistake, or your not happy with the shot, we will gladly reshoot your item at no charge. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we work very hard to keep you happy.
